Film & Television Production:
Production managers & co-ordinators, producers and producers' assistants, property and wardrobe are among the variety of different departments that contact us with their shipping requirements. Our air, sea and land services have been utilised in many productions over the years, from small independent films to large budget Hollywood studio pictures. Ensuring purchased, rental or loan props, wardrobe and talent/cast personal effects are in place, on schedule and in budget takes expert knowledge and experience. Our facility is geographically well placed to respond to last minute requests for collections from all of the major studios, allowing us to connect with our daily scheduled routes to Europe, North America, Australasia and Asia.
Rushes & Post-Production:
Rushes can be collected from location at the desired time and transported to your preferred lab and return tapes shipped back thereafter. Whether our domestic or international courier services are employed we can provide quotes in advance for your budget and advise on transport schedules.
When Avid or similar kit is required to be imported into the UK for post-production, or production material is required to be exported from the UK, we will ensure that appropriate flights or road transport is utilised, cost effectively and on schedule with Carnets being raised where appropriate.
Film Festivals & Television Markets:
Team Air Express crew attends the Berlin and Cannes Film Festivals, the American Film Market, MIPTV, MIPCOM. Supplying dedicated transport to and from each show, we are the market leaders in providing our clients with bespoke exhibition services that include publicity and marketing material shipping, screening material management, event services, stand design and build services, office set ups and plasma screen & audio-visual rentals. Our crew are on the ground a few days before a show launches , busily supplying our clients with their chosen services from our one-stop shop, right through the show until a few days after it closes.
Furthermore, we provide publicity shipping and screening material management services to NATPE Miami, Sundance, NATPE Budapest, Venice and Toronto.
Advertising & Fashion Shoots:
From Iceland to Ibiza, Team Air has provided specialist shipping services for commercial and fashion shoots. We are well rehearsed in carnet preparation and packing in advance of shipping or at short notice. Multi-point collections of shoot equipment and props can also be arranged at short notice. Our team will advise on costs for different modes of transport and also preferred transport methods, dependent upon load and destination. Dedicated Pan European transport is always available, providing security and double drivers where required. Valuable customs information for export and import procedures can be provided to allow for extra days when putting together production schedules.
